On 27 September 2024, the Permanent Secretariat of the Pelagos Agreement attended the inauguration of the “Pelagos Sanctuary” exhibition by Greg Lecoeur, which kept tourists entertained on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice throughout the summer.
A beautiful celebration, in the presence of the Mayor of Nice, Mr Christian Estrosi, which underlined the importance of actions to raise awareness on the biodiversity of the Pelagos Sanctuary.
The exhibition is part of the #WeAreMéditerranée project, of which the Pelagos Agreement is a partner, and will travel throughout the Sanctuary, soon to be in Genoa and in 2025 in Monaco.
