Pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“General Data Protection Regulation”, hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), we inform you that the personal data provided by users who proceed with the donation will be used for the sole purpose of fulfilling the request itself, based on Art. 6, para. 1, letter b) of the Regulation.

The data will be processed mainly by computer for the correct administration of the donation.

The submission of personal data of the Doner (First Name, Last Name, and Email Address) is free and optional, however, failure to provide them, will make it impossible to proceed with the donation or the opportunity to thank the Doner.

The data of the Doner may be accessed and processed by employees and collaborators of the Data Controller in their capacity as persons in charge of processing, as well as by any third parties, (e.g. transaction managers), who support the Data Controller in the management of the donation; the data will not be disseminated.

The data collected in this way will be stored exclusively to meet the legal obligations of the data controller. 

As soon as the user confirms the donation, the browsing session will be automatically transferred to https://tpeweb.e-transactions.fr/ where the user can complete the payment. 

Users of the website, in their capacity as data subjects, are granted the rights set forth in Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation and, among these, the right to request from the data controller access to personal data, rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data concerning them or to object to their processing, as well as the right to obtain information on the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of its collection and to obtain the deletion or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, by addressing requests to the Data Controller by sending a registered letter to the PERMANENT SECRETARIAT OF THE PELAGOS AGREEMENT with registered office at TOUR OF THE ODÈON B1 36, AVENUE DE L’ANNONCIADE – MC 98000, MONACO.
