The Permanent Secretariat of the Pelagos Agreement took part, on Saturday 5 November 2022, in the inauguration and unveiling ceremony of the plaque of the work “Dave” – Tail of Sperm Whale, in the presence of the Mayor of Bordighera, Mr. Vittorio Ingenito, and numerous military and civil authorities.The Municipality of Bordighera has been a signatory of the Pelagos Partnership Charter since 2014.
