On 22 September 2024, the Pelagos Agreement took part in a round table on the sustainable management of cruise and large yachting organised by the RAMOGE Agreement at the 64th Genoa Boat Show.
Caterina Lanfredi, Pelagos Agreement’s consultant for the EcoPorts project, presented sustainable actions in port activities to reduce the impact on marine mammals and recalled the designation of a Particularly Sensitive Sea Area (PSSA) in the Western Mediterranean that includes the entire Pelagos Sanctuary.
